Microsoft 365 & Cloud
Microsoft 365 environments built to run themselves. New tenant standup, migrations from Google Workspace or legacy Exchange, and cleanup of inherited tenants where nobody is quite sure who has access to what. Entra ID done properly: sensible group structure, conditional access that protects without annoying, and licensing that matches reality instead of whatever got clicked three years ago.

Endpoint & Device Management
Whether it’s 10 laptops or 2,000, devices should arrive configured, stay compliant, and lose access the day someone leaves. Intune for Windows, Iru (formerly Kandji) for Apple fleets and beyond, built into one coherent pipeline so nothing falls through the cracks between HR, IT, and the person waiting on a laptop.

Physical Security & Cameras (Verkada)
Cameras and access control belong to IT now, and they should be deployed like it. Animus Projects designs and installs Verkada systems end to end: camera placement, switching and PoE, cloud configuration, and staff training, with the network side handled properly instead of bolted on. Experience includes leading a Verkada rollout across five buildings in three states, plus off-grid solar trailer deployments using cellular and satellite uplinks for sites with no infrastructure at all.
